Jesus Prom is an unforgettable evening where our CapCity Fam comes together to celebrate individuals with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities, reminding every guest just how deeply they are loved by God! It's a night filled with laughter, games, prizes, dancing, and our always-popular photo booth!

Doors open at 6:00 PM, when our guests will receive a warm welcome and be paired with a personal Escort to accompany them throughout the evening. After check-in, guests can enjoy dinner before exploring all the fun and festivities, from exciting games to the dance floor!

We kindly ask that each guest have a Caregiver remain on-site during the event. To show our appreciation for these incredible Caregivers, we provide a dedicated Respite Room—a comfortable, relaxing space to unwind and recharge while their loved ones enjoy the celebration.

Volunteer Times: 5:15–8:30 PM

• Volunteer Dinner: A delicious dinner will be served from 5:15–5:45 PM in the SWC. Please indicate during registration if you plan to eat. Escorts are invited to enjoy dinner with their guests.
• Childcare: Childcare is available for volunteers during Jesus Prom. Please include the ages of your children when registering.

BE AN ESCORT. MAKE SOMEONE'S NIGHT!

We're looking for volunteers to serve as Escorts, accompanying our special guests throughout the evening—from games and activities to dancing the night away! Your role is simple: be a friend, share some laughs, and help make every guest feel celebrated and loved.

Escorts are welcome to team up and share a "date." Volunteers under 16 must be paired with an adult.
