Plan A Visit

What to expect, service times, and more!

We know meeting someone or going to a new place for the first time can be intimidating. We want to help make your first visit to CapCity a great one.

Sundays at CapCity are designed for the whole family!

Whether you're looking for dynamic children's programs that make learning about faith fun or inspiring adult services that resonate with real-life challenges, we have something for everyone. Experience a casual, relaxed atmosphere where you can be yourself and discover a welcoming community that feels like home. We can't wait to welcome you and your family this Sunday!

From the moment you arrive, we're here for you.

Our friendly Guest Services team will be with you every step of the way, from the parking lot to the front doors and throughout our building. We're here to answer any questions and ensure your family feels at home.

What to expect and service times

Our worship times are designed to fit seamlessly into any schedule with multiple services available.

While we strive to reflect worship in our daily lives, Sundays are a special time for us to gather as a family to praise and celebrate His goodness. We invite you to be a part of our family - there's always room for more.

Services at CapCity last about 60 minutes, making them easy to fit into your family's schedule. We offer communion weekly, and our music is contemporary with a splash of tradition. Everyone is invited to worship as they see fit, whether staying seated or raising their hands.

Whether you join us in person at 9:30am or 11am or tune in to our Live Stream at 9:30am on CapCity Live, we're excited to welcome you into the CapCity fam.

nextgen

At CapCity, our kids (birth through 5th grade) experience a safe, age-appropriate environment where they learn about Jesus in a creative and relevant way.

BEFORE SERVICE

When you arrive, you and your child will be given matching name tags exclusive to your family and visit. Your child will wear the name tag, and you'll keep the matching security tag. This ensures that our team can quickly identify and care for your child throughout their time with us.

DURING SERVICE

If we need to contact you during the service, the code from your security tag will appear on the main screen in the Adult Worship Center (AWC). A volunteer will meet you at the AWC Hub to direct you to your child's room, ensuring a quick reunion.

AFTER SERVICE

When the service ends, return to the check-in area and show your security tag. This will allow us to safely release your child back to you. Your child's safety is our top priority, and this process ensures they are always in the right hands.

On Sunday mornings, we encourage our students (6th grade—12th grade) to join their families for worship.

But on Sunday nights, we offer something just for them. Services start at 6:15pm, where students are led in worship by our student worship team and hear a message tailored to their generation. After worship, students break into age-specific small groups, each guided by dedicated leaders. Rest assured, your students are in safe hands. This is a wonderful opportunity for them to deepen their relationships with God, their leaders, and each other.

let us know you are coming

To make your first visit smoother, let us know you are coming, and we'll expedite the check-in process.

When you arrive, head to the Adult Worship Center Hub, where a member of our Greeter Team will be happy to direct you and answer any questions. We're here to make your experience as welcoming and stress-free as possible.
