Join us in this safe and judgment-free group where you can receive support for the many issues that we struggle with as women: self-esteem, depression, identity, relationships, and more, all with a biblical foundation.

Our Mission
The mission of "You Are Not Alone" is to help all women in Christ deepen their relationship with God and leave past hurts behind. God doesn’t want us held captive by our past—He desires for us to live in His truth, freedom, and love.
In this group, we are rejecting the lies of the enemy and embracing healing. As we support each other through recovery, we also find our own healing. Many of us may have once sat quietly at the back of the church—or even avoided coming altogether—to go unnoticed. But that’s changing.
The women of YANA are growing spiritually, healing, and recovering together. We’re raising our voices—some for the very first time—and stepping forward, fully engaged in our community!
